Greetings all,
In my mind, yesterdays racing was dominated by anticipation of a forecast with strong southerly gusts and rain, and lots of protests. As for the forecast, it was a bit wrong, we did have a southerly, and at times evil grey clouds overhead but it was warm, light winds and not a drop of rain. For some reason everyone was highly competitive with lots of protests hailed but none that were lodged neither was good behaviour negated.
Our fleets were raced in A, B massed starts and had 2 laps, our RO was Colin Freeman assisted by Rod Liddy and everything was conducted smoothly and of course congratulations to our podium winners, Graham Parratt, Peter Bradley and Dayele Hobson.
Cheers. Tom A
