When I left home for sailing today it was reasonably heavy rain but my faith was 100% on our race officers and 2 kms later the road was dry and so it stayed all day. These enlightened gentlemen were Al Ross and Graeme Raxworthy and they did a great job of courses, entries, and getting me on the podium.
The wind was one of our better southerlies and everyone enjoyed todays sailing, plus……….we had a visit from one of our new members Murray Peace sailing cJ 205. Jim will be pleased to know Murray did not break down all day and nearly beat cJ 333 in one heat.
Well done all sailors for no arguments and bad behaviour, that is one of my special treats on sailing days.
Congratulations to Polly cJ333 and Ron cJ222 , however I have already lauded my praises so I shall refrain from further comment on my brilliant sailing today.
