Sunny, changeable winds with gusts later in the afternoon – causing one general recall because half the fleet was blown over the line! Rodney Ford and Mark Cornell were your race officers. Bryan Treleaven helped with the course layout which was complimented by many skippers. Tony Taylor hoisted the flags. Colin Freeman helped fix a couple of boats, getting them back on the water.  He also fixed the charging plug for the starter box – thanks.

There were 21 boats registered, making the crucial start competitive. The racing was close with many sailing duels.  Well done cJ sailors Graham Parratt and Tony Parmenter; and vJ sailors Ron Bedyn and Graeme Raxworthy.

Nearly 40 biscuits were consumed after the racing. Thanks for good behaviour.
